I think we often remember tumblr as being a paradise for the hipsters of yore, but for every artfully filtered galaxy triangle edit uploaded to that hellsite, there is an equal and opposite post that makes fun of the artisan coffee-drinking, cardigan-donning, beanie-wearing subculture. I stumbled upon Christine's blog a few months ago and practically squealed with excitement when I realized whose blog I was looking at. She isn't just any bygone fashion blogger, she's the co-founder of unif, aka the patron saint of tumblr and 2010s coachella fashion. A living legend.
As expected from the co-owner of one of the hottest up and coming brands of the time, Christine documented her California-cool style, fashion week galavants, and after-party adventures on her blog. Her outfits featured lots of distressed details, sky-high chunky heels, statement jewelry, and boho vibes, and if you had a pulse back in the year 2010, you would've sold your left kidney to dress like her.
